Blue Boat House Property Services is a residential property management company that specialises in end-to-end management services for landlords and investors, covering tenant placement, rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, financial reporting and rental appraisals. Blue Boat House Property gave OKMG a straightforward brief: refresh the brand and rebuild the website.

The OKMG team started with the brand, refreshing the visual identity to better reflect Blue Boat House Property’s professional but approachable positioning. We also created dedicated service pages for the six core offerings: Tenant Leasing, Rent Collection, Property Inspections, Maintenance Coordination, Financial Reporting and Rental Appraisals.

This restructure gave each service a clear, dedicated page, improving both the user experience for prospective landlords and the site's ability to rank for service-specific search queries. Covering indexation, metadata, site speed and crawlability, SEO launch checks were then completed to ensure the site was technically sound.

The outcome

The refreshed site is now a modern, user-friendly platform that shows the depth of the firm's service offering. The new service pages give the business clear, dedicated landing pages for its core revenue streams.
