Good Drinks and OKMG undertook an innovative endeavour to build a centralised digital competition hub, to enhance the post-purchase customer experience for the array of beverage brands within the Good Drinks portfolio.

This platform, built in WordPress, facilitates the creation of unlimited, brand-specific online competition pages, each uniquely engaging. It features diverse competition styles such as 'spin to win, 'cash back', and 'scratch and win', designed to enhance customer interest post-purchase and capture valuable customer data. Key attributes of this platform included social media integrations, receipt validation, cash-back gift cards and various lottery-mechanics.

The platform's backend dashboards were extensively customised, granting brand autonomy for each brand within Good Drinks. Brands can independently manage their competitions, from tracking and validating contests to leveraging pre-designed templates for new competition creation. This strategic development has not only streamlined operational processes, but also significantly boosted customer engagement. Another excellent move from Good Drinks as they continue to establish their brand as an innovative force in the beverage sector.

The latest application was the 'Win A Landy' campaign, which was a receipt-validated 'go-in-the-draw' competition, to win a custom-built vintage Toyota Landcruiser. The campaign was a huge success, with thousands of unique entries and 1 lucky winner!
