Globe Metals & Mining, an ASX-listed resources company developing the Kanyika Niobium Project in Malawi, faced a digital roadblock. Their existing Squarespace website presented a visual identity that did not adequately reflect the complexity and scale of their mining operation. The company is positioned to become the first new niobium producer in 50 years and the first commercial niobium operation in Africa. As Globe progressed towards production with offtake agreements being finalised and feasibility studies underway, they needed a digital presence that matched their corporate positioning and facilitated investor confidence.

OKMG developed a digital strategy centred on delivering information with clarity and authority. Our discovery process involved analysing investor behaviour patterns, understanding the information required for mining investment decisions, and identifying the investor journey touchpoints. We recognised that potential investors needed immediate access to real-time market data, transparent project information, and clear pathways to corporate announcements and financial reports.

Recognising that first impressions were critical in the capital markets environment, OKMG also identified opportunities to refine Globe’s visual branding. We delivered a WordPress rebuild with a contemporary, professional design aesthetic that reflects Globe's position as a vertically-integrated niobium producer. The modern interface combines clean layouts with sophisticated functionality, presenting complex mining and financial information in an accessible format for both technical and non-technical audiences.

At the heart of the redevelopment sits an Investors Hub, purpose-built to serve the capital markets community. This integrated platform displays live ASX announcements, real-time share price data, and market capitalisation information. This means investors have immediate access to the metrics that drive investment decisions.

Strategic placement of investor contact pathways throughout the site ensures that institutional investors and analysts can easily connect with Globe’s corporate team. The user journey was also reimagined with clear, logical navigation that guides visitors through Globe's corporate story, project information, and investment case. The Kanyika Project receives prominent showcase treatment, with detailed technical information about the resource, production plans, and global significance. All in all, the refreshed visual identity maintains brand equity and credibility to the investment community.
